Lauren Buchalter, Esq.undefined

Brevard County Bankruptcy Attorney

Lauren Buchalter, Esq. has been working summers with her father since 2009 and has always had a strong interest in helping others. Lauren was born and raised in Brevard County. After having graduated from Merritt Island High in 2004, Lauren completed her undergraduate education at the University of Central Florida. In 2009, Lauren was accepted to Barry University School of Law where she attended law school and graduated in 2012.

After having passed the Florida Bar Exam and receiving admittance into the Florida Bar, Lauren began practicing law with her father, Neil J. Buchalter, Esq., in 2012. After Lauren began practicing law, she realized her passion is helping people to save their homes. Lauren has quickly learned the struggle that many people face in trying to maintain their mortgage payments while also affording day to day expenses. Lauren wants people to know that there are huge opportunities available to lower mortgage payments and keep their homes. Lauren has prided herself on taking over the loan modification process for homeowners and dealing with the lenders and lenders’ attorneys. Lauren has been successful in obtaining loan modifications for homeowners who have previously been denied, or who have constantly been given the run-around from their lender.

Lauren also spends many days in Brevard County Court defending foreclosure actions and relaying to the Court the frustration that so many homeowners have with the system that is in place to provide assistance. Lauren is proud of the work she has done and continues to do.
